We aim to keep parents and carers well‑informed so you always know what’s happening and how to get in touch.

Depending on the section, we may use:

Your section leaders will confirm which methods they use.

If your child can’t attend a session, please let the leaders know as soon as possible. This helps us plan activities safely.

Leaders are volunteers and may not be able to reply immediately, especially during the working day.

For urgent issues during a session, please contact a section leader directly.

We’ll always communicate with parents if there are concerns about behaviour, wellbeing, or anything that may affect your child’s experience.
