SQUIRRELS (4–6)

Squirrels is the first step into Scouting for our youngest members, aged 4 to 6.  

It’s all about fun, friendship, and gentle adventure. Sessions are short, active, and designed to help children grow in confidence while trying new things in a safe, supportive environment.

What Squirrels Do

• Simple outdoor activities

• Crafts, games, and storytelling

• Learning to work together

• Exploring nature

• Earning their first badges

Squirrels is a brilliant way for young children to build social skills, develop curiosity, and enjoy hands‑on activities. It’s also a great introduction to the wider Scouting family as they begin their journey through the sections.

Meeting Times

Squirrels meet on Thursdays from 16:30-17:30.
